Our process looks like this:
1. Initial Phone Consultation
We begin with a brief phone consultation (typically about 30 minutes) to learn more about your needs, answer questions, and determine whether Veranda is the right fit for your family.
2. In-Home Visit & Safety Review
Our Director of Care meets with the client in their home to gain a deeper understanding of their preferences, routines, and support needs. During this visit, we also complete an in-home safety assessment to identify and address any potential safety concerns.
3. Care Plan & Proposal
Based on our conversations and in-home visit, we create a personalized care plan and provide a clear service proposal and pricing.
4. Thoughtful Caregiver Match
Your Veranda caregiver is carefully selected from our team based on experience, personality, and alignment with the client’s needs and preferences. We prioritize consistency and compatibility from the start.
5. First Visit & Introduction
For the initial visit, our Director of Care joins the caregiver to make a warm introduction and ensure everything is in place for a smooth and comfortable transition.
6. Ongoing Communication & Oversight
Our care management team remains closely involved, providing regular check-ins and serving as a consistent point of contact for questions, updates, or adjustments.
7. Concierge-Level Support
As care continues, our concierge team is available to assist with scheduling changes, transportation coordination, and day-to-day needs—so support always feels organized and responsive.
