At this time, we do not offer live-in or 24-hour care arrangements..

Yes. Our concierge team arranges safe and reliable transportation via third party to medical appointments, errands, and social outings, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.
10. How is care scheduled and managed?
We offer flexible scheduling based on your lifestyle and needs. Our care coordinators monitor every plan, making adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
11. How do you ensure quality and safety?
We maintain rigorous hiring standards, ongoing training, and regular supervision. Client satisfaction and safety are always our top priorities.
12. Do you accept insurance?
Veranda Home Care currently accepts private pay and long-term care insurance.
13. How does billing and caregiver payroll work?
Our caregivers are paid weekly, and Veranda Home Care manages all taxes, insurance, and administrative responsibilities. Clients are billed weekly, and we accept credit cards or ACH. We also work directly with Long-Term Care insurance providers and can handle billing on your behalf, removing the financial burden from your shoulders.
14. Does Medicare or Medi-Cal cover Veranda Home Care’s services?
Veranda Home Care does not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal for home care services. Medicare agencies are limited in both scope and duration of care. If you need additional support beyond what Medicare provides, we would be glad to help.
